At KOLLEKTIV, we take great care to ensure that all products are shipped to you promptly and securely. However, please note the following return & exchange policies:
Return & Exchange Policy:
  • All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If there are any issues with the product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we only offer exchanges at our Singapore showroom.
  • Exchanges are limited to changing the item for a different style or receiving store credit for future purchases.
